Product Overview
Dell PowerEdge R620 Servers
These pre-configured Dell PowerEdge R620 servers were recently removed from a professional data center environment. They are in excellent physical condition and have been tested and certified to be in good working order.
The 12th generation PowerEdge R620 is a direct replacement for the previous 11th generation PowerEdge R610 server.
Designed for extraordinary performance on a wide range of applications, the Dell PowerEdge R620 rack server is an impressive general-purpose platform that is perfect for data centers with space constraints. With its hyper-dense memory - up to 768GB in a 1U form factor - and powered by the Intel Xeon processor E5-2600 and E5-2600 v2 product families, the R620 shines when handling virtualization, high-performance computing (HPC), and workgroup collaboration applications.
The PowerEdge R620 has two chassis options for configuration for up to eight (8) or ten (10) 2.5" hard drives. The ten (10) hard drive chassis omits the optical drive option as well as the LCD panel in leu of LED status indicator lights.
